Frequently asked questions

Prices are always per person. Some tours have a group-size table — on each tour page you can see the full table and simulate the price for your group.
To book, you pay 50% of the amount as a deposit; the other 50% at check-in, when the tour starts. We split into up to 10 card installments, accept Pix, and you can also pay through our online store (card payments via the card machine carry fees).
It depends on the tour. In general: hiking shoes or boots, light clothing, sunscreen, insect repellent, water and a snack. For diving and boat trips, swimwear and a towel. Also bring any personal medication. The guide explains everything on confirmation.
The meeting point is arranged with the guide via WhatsApp, based on the chosen tour and where you are staying in Ilhabela.
Relax: you don't need to book it. The trails and waterfalls are inside the Ilhabela State Park (PEIB) and require an entry reservation, but the guide handles the whole process for you. Just get in touch via WhatsApp.
Yes. For safety and in line with ABNT NBR ISO 21101, every participant signs the Risk Acknowledgment and Responsibility Term (TCR) — which also includes a medical form. You can download and read it in advance; it's quick to fill out.
